We do have some French-language owners manuals, and several European-origin brochures in Dutch, German, and some other combinations. These are identified in the item description.

An exceptional case for money order selection is a US Postal money order. These must be purchased as a PINK-COLORED "International" type money order, as the green-colored ones normally issued are not negotiable in Canada.

Within Canada and the USA, shipping rates fall into special "flat rate" brackets based on common weights. These are will provide economical insured service by the best method at our discretion. The rates are as follows:
Up to 5 lbs : $8.95
Up to 10 lbs : $13.95
Up to 15 lbs : $15.95
Up to 20 lbs : $18.95
Orders that are over 20lbs, or that are bound for other (International) destinations will be given a choice of available shipping options with calculated shipping rates. Descriptions of these services can be found below.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours over normal business periods. Normal delivery times are as follows:

Customs / Import fees
International shipments may be subject to import fee or taxes. These are determined by your local authorities, and are outside our control. We will NOT falsify customs documents by reducing declared item values or marking them as "gift".
Wrong Address Problems:
If an item should be returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address provided by the customer, it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping a second time.
Customers outside of Canada will not be charged sales tax of any kind on their purchases.
International shipments may still be subject to import fees as they enter other countries, as these are determined by local authorities and are outside our control. We will NOT falsify documents by reducing declared value or marking order as "gift".
For customers within Canada, we are required to collect all applicable GST and HST.
GST is collected from customers in all provinces and territories not covered by HST (below), and is applied to all items and Shipping Cost.
HST is collected from customers in Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, applied to all items and Shipping Cost. The HST percentage will depend on the destination province rate.
Note: Nearly all of our printed materials are exempted from Provincial sales tax (or the provincial portion of HST). For this reason you will often see only 5 percent (federal) sales tax on our merchandise, Canada-wide. This does not affect other non-printed goods such as toys or metal signs, nor the shipping costs.
We aim for total satisfaction here at Ken McGee Auto Literature, and if you have any difficulties with your order we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
You may return undamaged items purchased at Ken McGee Auto Literature within 30 days of the original delivery. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 15 percent may be added. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Assembly Manual: Provides diagrams that show the assembly procedure for a vehicle, such as it was performed on the factory assembly line. Great for restorations, and usually contains a lot of original part numbers.
Body Manual: a separate manual that some manufacturers issue for the repair and adjustments of body components. For many General Motors cars (includes body wiring) between 1926 and 1988, a Fisher Body manual applies.
Data Book (Saleperson's Data Book): A small book, often pocket-sized, containing confidential information for quick reference. These were only issued to sales staff to help them sell vehicles. Small issued numbers make these books exceptionally valuable and desirable collectibles.
Dealer Album: a highly-desirable and rare collectible. A dealer album would be issued to a dealership to showcase the entire current model lineup. It may contain specs, options, features, color and upholstery samples, and much more.
Electrical (& Vacuum) Troubleshooting Manual: More specialized manuals for dealing with electrical and vacuum problems.
Factory Manual: A blanket term for manuals that were provided by the manufacturer for their own technicians and customers. These are the most desirable references, often far more complete and useful than aftermarket counterparts. (McGee Auto Literature specializes in factory manuals.)
Fisher Body Manual: A type of Body manual for most General Motors products between 1926 and 1988. After this, most GM shop manuals contain the body information. These manuals cover body & interior service from the dashboard rearward.
Glove Box Manual: See Owners Manual
Maintenance Manual: See Shop Manual
Owners Manual: (also known as reference manual or user guide) The small book that comes in the glovebox of every car when it is new - the guide to operating the vehicle. Earlier (pre-1940) examples may also include some technical and service information, as the owner of a car would often handle such procedures.
Parts Manual Used by the parts department of the dealership and identifies every part of the car down to each nut, bolt, and washer, with it's part number. It is used mainly for the many detailed illustrations it contains. May be specific to chassis or body parts only, or could be a master book that contains both. Many supply shops require the original part numbers to assist in getting you the proper part for your vehicle -- another reason to purchase only a factory original manufacturer parts manual.
Sales Brochure: A promotional catalog or leaflet available from a dealership when the car was new. These are extremely collectible, and are a great gift for someone with a special automobile. Basic kinds include:
Catalog: Stapled or book-style binding with covers and multiple inside pages
Folder: Brochure that unfolds for presentation. Often opens like a road map.
Prestige: Used to describe the finest, largest version of a brochure for a given vehicle and model year. These were often kept out of sight and reserved for serious prospective car-buyers, making them more rare and desirable.
Repair Manual: See Shop Manual
Shop Manual (also known as "Service / Repair / Maintenace Manual") This is the manual used by mechanics, service technicians, or yourself to perform maintenance or repair work to the vehicle. We carry the original type of manufacturer's manual which is much superior to any aftermarket type.
New: Often unused, sometimes in original manufacturer wrapper or container.
Reprint / Reproduction: A duplication of an original publication. Offered when originals are scarce or unavailable, or when the manufacturer has begun supplying them this way.
New Old Stock / NOS: Never Been Used. May have shelf wear.
Excellent: Used, Complete, sound binding. Clean cover. May have some small imperfection that is not obvious.
Very Good: Used, Complete, sound binding. Clean, but with one or more obvious imperfections, or light wear.
Good: Average used book. Complete, all text is readable, pages are relatively clean. Some imperfections or small writing, light to moderate wear or finger-prints.
Fair: Lowest rating we typically keep. Serviceable but not pretty, with obvious flaws or binding issues. May have partially obscured text or serious staining. May have tape repairs.
Poor: Damaged or partially unusable material, with major flaws. Rarely seen here. May be kept in instances of extremely rare and irreplaceable materials.
